SPEAKER CABLES
EXCLUSIVE SPEAKER CABLE
The Exclusive Speaker Cable is fitted with thick 24k gold plated pure copper NextGen WBT connectors, possible with NextGen bananas, 6mm spades or 8mm spades.
The Star-Quad layout of four 2.5mm² pure copper conductors provide low inductance and natural rejection of common noise. With its diameter of 16mm and weighing 300 gram per meter, the resultant 5mm² of copper per pole provides very low conductive resistance, optimizing system-sensitivity and driving force.

On top of the (for speaker cables superior) Star-Quad construction, the cable is fitted with FerroGuard™ shielding and fully protected against audible noise from other cables and/or electronics. This lossy self-dissipating shield does not interfere with the signal transmission and is kept cleanly floating (something normally unwise to do with other shielding materials). At both ends you find the full-metal black anodized and laser engraved splitting units. After the split-up, the individual cable wiresare covered in soft woven UDCP™ sleeves up to the WBT speaker connectors.

EXCLUSIVE XLR
​The Exclusive XLR cables are especially made to connect high-end reference electronics, such as for source to pre-amp, but also for high gain pre-amp to power amplifier, providing a characteristic impedance of 150 ohm. Theextremely low mutual capacitance of less than 9 pF per feet results in recordlow high-frequency signal attenuation to ensurefull signal integrity and maximum speed of transmission.
The Exclusive XLR cables are fitted with UDCP™ spacers in an air tube made of a special vibration-dampening viscoelastic insulator that is covered by extra-dense FerroGuard™ shielding. These cables set new standards of ultimate signal integrity, precision and resolution, combined with the lowest possible noise floor and high flexibility. The XLR cables are fitted with engraved and gold plated XLR connectors.
The XLR Cable for Speakers comes with one end fitted into an engraved full-metal splitter towards double WBT RCA connectors. Equipped with extra-dense FerroGuard™up to the connectors, but now covered in soft woven UDCP™sleeves, this cable fits full-active Aequo Audio loudspeakers and is our full-active reference.
EXCLUSIVE RCA
Exclusive RCA cables are similar in build to the XLR cables, but come with a more substantial solid conductor of pure oxygen-free copper in a special non-porous yet non-solid material, with a dielectric constant comparable to foamed dielectrics. The resulting characteristic impedance of 93 ohm is ideal for both low gain as well as high gain pairing of electronics, whilst its speed is extremely high at 83% velocity of propagation.

In this cable, we put an ultra-thin and low-mass coaxial braid as neutral around the insulated conductor. The applied materials for the coaxial ensure very low capacitance of 13pf/ft to neutral. Being a coaxial, it stays free of parasite capacitance after bending; an important aspect in single ended audio cables. Another benefit is its typical insensitivity to noise without the need of copper shielding or braid, which would possibly hurt signal integrity. Instead, the cable is put into an air tube with UDCP™ spacer. The tube itself is made from a vibration-dampening viscoelastic material covered by extra dense FerroGuard™ shielding. This shield does not have to be connected at either end, or to any ground at all. Kept floating, it is already very effective in attenuating interference noise, including low frequency common modes, and dissipates electric energy to heat.
EXCLUSIVE DOUBLE MONO RCA
The Exclusive RCA Cable is also available as Double Mono (stereo). For this version, we use the Ultra Dielectric Crystal Polymer (UDCP™) to fully cover both mono coaxial cables straight around the neutral ground conductor to minimize mutual capacitance between left and right. It also prohibits parasitic capacitance after bending. Its dielectric constant of 1.2 is very close to air and never seen before in solid audio cable insulator materials. It is even significantly lower than the foamed PE/FEP/PP dielectrics considered today’s best cable insulators. This ensures absolute double-mono operation without any electric cross talk.
This stereo cable assembly comes in a larger air tube covered with extra dense FerroGuard™shielding, resulting in a cable diameter of 16mm with still decent flexibility. The RCA Double Mono Cable is fitted with full-metal black anodized and engraved splitter units at both ends to enhance high frequency shielding in close proximity to the connected electronics. From here, you find two mono cables of similar built as the normal RCA mono cable (including separate FerroGuard™ covered air tubes), finished in soft woven UDCP™sleeves.
This cable is an excellent choice when keeping a clean minimalistic installation with the least inter-cable crossings behind your stack of high-end electronics. All exclusive RCA cables are fitted with WBT’s best 0152-cu connectors.

Within the cable portfolio, the sheer amount of pure copper of the Exclusive Speaker Cable is only surpassed by the 17mm Exclusive Power Cable, in which we added one extra conductor for safe earth ground.
The Star-Quint built ensures optimal power transmission with less than half the sensitivity to safe earth ground noise compared to standard 3-core power cables. Its FerroGuard™ shielding isolates the cable from its outside environment and prohibits noise transmission in both directions: from cable to environment and vice versa.
The Exclusive Power Cable for Electronics is fitted on one end with a Euro CEE Schuko / USA NEMA with gold over copper contacts. On the other it is fitted with a standardized IEC plug of the same spec and built (including safe earth ground). Both connectors are fitted with laser-engraved logos.
EXCLUSIVE POWER CABLE FOR SPEAKERS
The Exclusive Power Cable for Speakers is designed exclusively for Aequo Audio hybrid and full-active loudspeaker models.
Fitted with pure silver contact PowerCon connectors (made by Amphenol) on one end, and Euro CEE Schuko or USA NEMA with laser-engraved logo on the other end.
